1. Rental Period & Extensions

$300 - Flat Fee

• Standard Rental Period: Each dumpster rental covers a 3-day period.

• Extensions: If you need the dumpster longer than 3 days, each additional day is $19.99. Please contact us at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup to request an extension.
   

2. Waste Disposal

• Included Disposal: Your rental rate includes disposal of standard household or construction debris up to the dumpster’s designated capacity.

• Tires: We do accept tires. They must be placed at the back of the dumpster (so they can be removed easily).

  • Fee per Tire:

    • $5 per standard/personal vehicle tire

    • $12 per large truck tire

  • These fees cover the additional handling and separate disposal required for tires.

• Overloading: If the dumpster is filled beyond its capacity or is unsafe to transport, it will not be picked up. You are responsible for removing excess material so that it can be hauled safely.
   

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery Time: We will deliver your dumpster within 4 hours of your order (during normal business hours) on the date you choose.

• Pickup: We will schedule pickup at the end of your 3-day rental (or at the end of any approved extension period).
   

4. Fees for Pickup & Delivery Issues

1. Unsuccessful Pickup (Overloaded or Unsafe to Haul)

   • If our driver arrives for pickup and cannot safely haul the dumpster (due to overloading or unsafe conditions), you will be charged:

     • $65 for the wasted trip (covering time and fuel)

     • $19.99 for each additional day the dumpster remains on-site until the issue is resolved (i.e., removing excess waste to make it safe for transport)

2. Trip Charge (Access/Delivery Issues)

   • A $100 fee will apply if our driver cannot deliver or pick up the dumpster at all due to access problems preventing any attempt at delivery/pickup.

   • Common examples include locked gates, blocked driveways, or unsafe site conditions where the driver cannot position the dumpster.
      

5. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and online payment options.
   

6. Cancellation Policy

• Without Cancellation Insurance: No refund will be provided if you cancel your reservation.

• With Cancellation Insurance ($30): If purchased, you may cancel any time before the dumpster is loaded onto the truck for delivery and receive a full refund minus the $30 insurance fee.

• Mistake Orders: If you book the wrong dumpster or otherwise make a mistake, please contact us immediately. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and may offer an exception at our discretion.
